I am so pleased to see the lovely pictures appearing in the gallery and what a good idea to use a turkey baster, Christine. Re-using the clingfilm is good too, but one has to be aware that spots of colour may appear in unwanted areas in subsequent dyeing! Usually this isn't going to matter, but just occasionally it can be catastrophic and I wouldn't suggest reusing it on a new colour scheme.

Once you have the gutter set up, it is a terrific opportunity to do lots of dyeing in one go - I have lots of fibre soaking in readiness but have been occupied with other things - unfortunately not textile related - and am hoping for a fine day tomorrow to get cracking myself.
