Approaching the end ...

As we approach the end of the workshop you will have come to appreciate that this process is really very simple and there has not been much more I can add to the instructions posted in the two lessons. Questions have been asked and answered on the blog.

Because of its simplicity it is a very useful way to dye tops, warps and other unwieldy yarn/fibre packages.

The great joy of an online workshop like this is the sharing of experience with a much greater number of people than is possible at a guild workshop, or even summer school – the results of all the dyeing that has gone on. If you have taken photos, either as individuals or groups, we would all love to see them. Perhaps you would like to send them to Margaret Parker for uploading into the Gallery, so we can share the pleasure you have taken in creating wonderful colourways. The copyright for the photos will remain yours, of course.
